The supply list provided is a general list of basic supplies needed for all students. Please note that teachers with specific pathways may require additional materials that are specific to their course content. Teachers will provide these lists for their students on the first day of school.

I just wanted to share a student’s artwork that touched me. This was an assignment in the Operating Room course where they had to draw a patient or situation featuring two different suture techniques used in surgery. This student chose a post mastectomy patient. It is a beautiful representation and a reminder that cancer affects all races and leaves a scar behind on the patient and the family. As we wrap up the last week of clinical rotations, I am trying to find the words to describe how proud I am of this class of 2025. 🥹
They have been through some tough times together, they have worked HARD together, they have for sure laughed a lot together. Each of them has a bright future ahead if they will keep working and keep doing hard things!!
I have seen them all grow so much this year as they stepped out into the community, tested out their skills, and learned a lot. So grateful for our local community for allowing us to continue to come learn from them!
Good luck and Congratulations to this group of kids who hold a special place in our hearts!

What an amazing experience today interacting with Navy medical professionals! They visited both AIA and AHS students, toured the school, and got to meet our Georgia girl! We are humbled by their service, stories, history, and advice for the kids.
