Many of the studies say there is no overall
Benefit for ionic foot baths and they cite one reason or another, but if you look at the data they are using you see there is an overall change.

Will an ionic foot bath pull viruses or remove tumors. No. Will an ionic foot bath pull actual blood clots or suck inflammation from the body. No. Will an ionic foot bath pull excess minerals and metals from the body. Yes. Will this be statically significant? Well that depends on what else you are doing in your life to detox, what you mean by detox, and how much your system is overloaded.

Can an ionic foot bath make you feel better. Absolutly and when I am feeling run down, even if the evidence is not there, I do avoid getting sick. When I have a migraine I do feel better too. Is this a good choice for you? Only you can answer that question.
