Thanks to everyone who offered words of encouragement, shared my posts and helped to make my first week of classes a success!!! I feel grateful!

Looking forward to adding more classes and seeing more familiar faces! This class is for any caregiver tending to an infant, toddler or preschooler during the day in NT or in the evenings in Williamsville, with more classes to come!

I feel EXCITED!!! My first day as a Feelings Rock instructor beings tomorrow!!!

I feel so grateful to these two beautiful souls for opening my heart to the joys of bonding over music and movement this past year! I was blessed to have them join me for a class on the same day I received my instructor supplies! A very fitting way for me to transition into this new role!

Our 35 minute feelings centered classes feature bubbles, puppets, instruments and more for infants to 5 year olds and their caregivers! 🫧🎶💛

I am currently offering classes on Wednesday mornings in North Tonawanda at Five Seven Nine Banquets and Wednesday evenings at Eastern Hills Church!

The many faces of healing...

Hello loves. Welcome to this vulnerable video where I demonstrate healing in real time. This is something I experience on average once a month. Very few have seen this side of me and my process. For the last few months I've been receiving the inspiration to go live with this ceremony, and I have been in resistance to it.

Tapping into this persistent pain that hasn't wanted to give up today, I asked why it was here and what I should do with it. Shortly after, I got the inspiration to go to the mirror and work this out while streaming it.

So, here goes the thing, because this pain is asking to be released and my intuition says this is how.
