Oh my goodness! This!
I can only hope I will still be teaching yoga well into my 90’s. I already have a daily practice of movement and an amazing community in my students!! I work daily on a mindset of gratitude. Hoping these three can combat my not so good habits. 😊

I live by one value: regret minimization.

If there's a chance I'll regret not doing something, I take action now.

Not tomorrow. Not "when the time is right." Now.

Most people overestimate the risk of trying. They underestimate the pain of wondering "what if."

The worst decisions aren't the ones that fail. They're the ones you never made.

That conversation you're avoiding. The business you want to start. The change you keep postponing.

Future you is watching.

Will they thank you or resent you?
