Great news for helping Albion residents access health care!

As we enter the final phase of our countywide mobility pilot, we're thrilled to announce a dedicated vehicle will now be operating in the City of Albion!

This is an important step in our ongoing effort to enhance transportation access across underserved areas of the county. Reliable transportation is vital in small town communities like Albion as it connects residents to jobs, healthcare, education, and daily necessities. By dedicating a vehicle specifically to Albion, we are ensuring that rural communities aren't left behind. Albion residents can count on consistent, accessible transportation without having to compete for service with more populated areas.

We're excited to test this new strategy and collect valuable data on Albion's ridership demands. This data will help shape the future of transportation throughout the county.

A special thank you to MDOT for funding the operating and capital costs of this pilot for the last four years. This project has allowed us to expand our reach, provide thousands of trips, and change the lives of countless residents in Calhoun County.
