โš ๏ธ โ€œI lived with low back pain for yearsโ€ฆ I didnโ€™t think much would change.โ€

Iโ€™ve been dealing with low back pain on and off since 2017, and it became more consistent starting in October 2025.

I had already tried injections, physical therapy, and ablation, and was taking hydrocodone and Tylenol to manage the pain.

At that point, I figured chiropractic care was just the next step I hadnโ€™t fully committed to yet. Iโ€™ll be honest โ€” I was about 50/50 on whether it would actually help, but it felt worth trying.

From the start, the office was clean and the staff was very friendly, which made the experience comfortable.

I followed a 9-week treatment plan, and the results spoke for themselves:

๐Ÿ“‰ Started at 8โ€“9/10 pain
๐Ÿ“‰ After 8 weeks: down to 3โ€“4/10 pain
โœ… Better mobility

Itโ€™s been a noticeable improvement, and Iโ€™m glad I gave it a shot.

I came into the office with ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ฌ. The pain in my ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ ๐›๐š๐œ๐ค ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ was one of the worst pains Iโ€™ve ever experienced. I had ๐š๐ฅ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ง๐จ ๐ฆ๐จ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ and honestly didnโ€™t think I would ever move normally again.

I hadnโ€™t tried anything yet โ€” I was just desperate to find relief. I had seen a chiropractor ๐š๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐ ๐จ, so I decided to give it another try.
