Our specialty is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and a feminist, person-centered, trauma-informed perspective. We utilize skills-based, mindful, play, narrative, and somatic modalities (EMDR and Sand Tray) that afford our clients the opportunity to create a toolbox relevant to their lives and therapeutic needs, which they can take with them into the real world. Often life can seem out of balance, chaotic and impossible to navigate. It is possible to find equilibrium in the storm and navigate life's pathways with more ease and confidence. Life presents us with multiple truths often in conflict with each other; we can find the middle path and walk more confidently.
