Most people don’t get enough support AFTER they hit their goal, and that’s exactly where things can start to unravel. 😔
Here are a few of our favorite tips for maintaining your results:
👗 Get rid of your old clothes. All of them. Keeping them “just in case” gives you an easy out, and makes it way too comfortable to backslide.
⚖️ Weigh in weekly. Not to obsess, but to stay aware. Catching a small upward trend early is so much easier than addressing it later.
🏃♀️ Find movement you actually enjoy. When exercise feels good, it stops feeling like a chore.
🤝 Stay connected with your provider. Maintenance is part of the journey, and you shouldn’t have to navigate it alone.
