New Mexico is trying to ban Delta-8 THC and other hemp-derived cannabinoids with HB0346, a bill that threatens to kill legitimate small businesses, destroy jobs, and limit consumer choice.

Instead of banning, we need regulations that ensure safety and quality while keeping Delta-8 legal.

We need YOU to call or email the bill’s sponsors and tell them: “Kill this bill—Regulate, don’t ban Delta-8!”
