🚰 September Wellness Challenge | September Sips:
Day 1 🚰
How much water do I really need?
You’ve heard it a million times: “Drink more water!”
💧 But what does that actually mean?
🌿 A good rule of thumb is half your body weight (lbs) in ounces each day.
👉 Example: If you weigh 160 lbs, aim for about 80 oz of water.
💡 Add more if you’re:
✔️ Sweating from exercise
✔️ Spending time in the sun/heat
✔️ Drinking caffeine or alcohol
This is a simple daily ritual that will help you feel and look your very best.
Important tip: add mineral salt to your day. Just a pinch is all you need!
✨ Small shift, big difference: Staying hydrated helps with energy, skin health, weight balance, and even better sleep.
