Protecting your peace isn’t just about “self-care.”
It’s about being intentional with what gets access to you — people, conversations, notifications, commitments, and chaos.
You don’t have to answer every text.
You don’t have to explain every boundary.
You don’t have to carry what isn’t yours.
You don't have to respond right away.
Pause.
Think about it. Ask if it will drain you. Give yourself that chance to check in with yourself.
