Garrett Inman joined the team in February of 2020 in height of the pandemic and since then has had a tremendous impact on Southwest Labs LIS operations. Garrett manages the Laboratory Information System (LIS). A Laboratory Information System (LIS) Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of a laboratory, ensuring that the LIS runs smoothly and efficiently. His friendly demeanor and willingness to always go above and beyond to make sure the job is complete and up to Southwest Labs standards has made it easy to select him as February’s Value Champion.

Garrett has consistently embodied SWL’s core values of Reliability, Ethics, Excellence, and Unity in an exemplary manner, making him an outstanding recipient of this recognition. His dedication to reliability is evident in his consistent performance and dependability.
