We are currently seeking a Life Skills Coach who shares our passion and dedication to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Life Skills Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with various activities of daily living and providing companionship to enhance their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Living Assistance: Aid individuals in preparing meals that meet their dietary needs, assist with laundering clothes, and perform basic cleaning tasks.
Personal Care: Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management to ensure personal hygiene and health.
Companionship: Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support to create a positive and encouraging environment.
Skill Development: Encourage and assist with the development of life skills to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a caregiving role, especially with individuals with developmental disabilities, is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks related to daily living assistance. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a plus.
Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., CPR/First Aid) are advantageous but not mandatory.

RN Case Manager (starting pay $26-34)
Provide coordination and supervision for the health care needs of individuals receiving services. To advocate for the person and ensure all health and safety needs are met with dignity. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to employees/ contractors and provide direct support.

Mon-Fri 9a-5p and on-call every other weekend

Community Support Coach (starting pay $17/hr)
Assist individuals with everyday necessities, help them to access activities in the community, and reach their plan goals.

Mon-Fri 9a-3p

Direct Support Professional (starting pay $17/hr)
Assists with activities of daily living, including preparing meals to meet dietary needs, laundering, basic cleaning, bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, and provides companionship and support to ensure that each individual has the opportunity to live a beautiful life.

3pm-11pm, 11pm-9am shifts available throughout week
