Join us for this donation based community event for Palestine! 🍉 All proceeds will be donated to .
While a ceasefire has been declared, Palestine is still in dire need of aid. It’s essential that we continue to show up in solidarity and support at this time.
This event will serve to provide a communal holding space to help us in tending to our nervous systems and navigating these difficult times. Participants will be guided through gentle grounding exercises, yoga, and sound healing, all designed to help our bodies unwind and receive support. There will be room for the anger, grief, and sadness many of us have been feeling, as well as room for joy, hope, and dreaming. We need collective care now more than ever!
