Studio Sway is located at 1100 San Mateo Blvd. NE Suite #32 (NE corner of San Mateo and Lomas, LOWER LEVEL inside shopping plaza - across from Quarter Celtic.) Parking is available on the LOWER LEVEL, accessed from South/Lomas side, -or- if parking above, use outdoor elevator or stairs from the inner courtyard to LOWER LEVEL. Look for the Lotus sign. Please bring your mat, small pillow, light blanket and anything else to lie most comfortably. ***

*Reminder* The next Free Sound Series will be held on the *SECOND* Monday of April - Monday, *April 13* (6:30pm) at the Cathedral of St. John (318 Silver Ave. SW).
Join Douglas at the free monthly sound bath at St. Johns for the first time -or 100th time(!), (most *first Mondays of every month - *holidays change to 2nd week). Share or introduce others to this deeply relaxing practice, take a welcome break from the noise and routine, and help create this special space and time with us in a beautiful, contemplative, and acoustic space. Everyone is welcome to share in this unique instrumental meditation and 'unplug to recharge'! We always look forward to welcoming you there! 🕊️

Details: Please arrive early. Parking and entrance on East side. (Silver and 3rd).
