Mystic Wholistics

Mystic Wholistics I was trained as a medical massage therapist at Albuquerque's UTMI. I call myself an Intuitive Touch therapist because of the way I work.

We're an overstimulated society. My goal is to bring the person on my table to a healthy baseline.

Crystal Alexander is a licensed massage therapist, ceremonial guide, and intuitive bodyworker with certifications in Integrated Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki, and holistic nutrition. She began her formal journey at UTMI in Albuquerque, graduating in 2018—but her healing work began long before that.

At Mystic Wholistics, Crystal blends structure with soul, offering massage as ritual and healing as remembrance. She holds a deep reverence for the body’s intelligence—especially fascia, where tension, memory, and energy entwine.

Leading with the guiding philosophy that the human nervous system was "divinely designed to process about 30 meaningful stimuli per second—yet most of us take in five times that," her treatments help quiet the noise, slow the breath, and bring the body back into sacred rhythm with a touch that many say, feels like coming home.

✨The human nervous system is designed to process around 30 meaningful stimuli per second. However, in our modern world, we’re often bombarded with five times that—sights, sounds, screens, emotions, expectations... 😮‍💨
No wonder our bodies ache, our breath shortens, our hearts race.
🌀Overstimulation isn’t just stressful—it’s soul-disorienting.
✨ And the body remembers everything it doesn’t have time to process.

Did you know that September 21st has been designated as the International Day of Peace? 🕊️✌🏾

Let's be honest... There are wars going on in other countries. Maybe where you live feels like a prison? With everything that we're bombarded with, there most definitely is a war going on inside our bodies...
How's that anxiety going?
Maybe you're tired all the time, but can't sleep? 🤔

When it comes to this war, the key to figuring any of it out starts within.

I haven't made a post since 2022?!
I'm gonna have to fix that! 😂

I'm always afraid to talk about the crazy woo wooey things I'm into, but I need a safe space... And that safe space is going to have to start within my business. ✨

There’s a dictionary definition of woo-woo. It goes like this: “Unconventional beliefs regarded as having little or no scientific basis, especially those relating to spirituality, mysticism or alternative medicine.”

There is a crisis in Western culture.
It's a prison to out of the box thinking.
So many people choose to deny their woo.

Their Magic. ✨

It turns out, "woo-woo science" is actually true woo, rather than psychosomatic results brought about by an impressionable mind.

Take a moment to read this short article: https://drdavidhamilton.com/woo-woo-to-true-woo/

He's actually done the digging to prove that magic really does exist. He even wrote a book about it.

L-Lysine: Pathogen Inhibitor

This amino acid enters the liver and acts as a smokescreen to all of the pathogens that are responsible for liver disease and autoimmune disorders. Pathogens, especially those in the herpetic family such as Epstein-Barr, shingles, HHV-6, HHV-7, and the undiscovered HHV-10, HHV-11, HHV-12, HHV13, HHV-14, HHV-15, and HHV-16, hate lysine. It’s like the powder that comes out of a fire extinguisher—a retardant that deters these bugs from proliferating.

By inhibiting and reducing pathogen load, L-lysine acts as an anti-inflammatory to the entire nervous system, especially the central nervous system and the vagus and phrenic nerves, which get targeted by neurotoxins produced by EBV, shingles, and other bugs.

L-lysine strengthens the immune system and aids in some of the liver’s most important functions. It helps with autoimmune disorders, liver disease, TMJ, bell’s palsy, sciatica, Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, eczema, fatigue, ringing in the ears, balance issues, migraines, thyroid problems, nodules, cysts, PCOS, endometriosis, RA, lupus, MS, TMJ, shingles, cold sores, neuropathy, eye floaters, fibroids, canker sores, mouth and tongue sores and ulcers, and more.

When you take L-Lysine year-round, you have less chance of getting a bad flu or for a pathogen such as EBV or shingles–whether it’s one that you already have or it’s a new strain that you pick up–to proliferate and cause new symptoms or a worsening of existing symptoms.

For more information on how to use L-lysine and other supplements, including suggested dosages, you can refer to Cleanse To Heal (51% off today on Amazon!).
