Getting closer to certification! I transformed my kitchen into a placenta processing lab yesterday! It dehydrated overnight and today I will proceed with the encapsulation process. Stay tuned for the finished product! ☺️

Hanging in there with my placenta encapsulation course. This project was about making sure the placenta is sliced thin enough for dehydration. I used a boiled chicken breast to mimic a steamed placenta and drained tofu to mimic a raw placenta. Each project gets me closer to certification! So close and yet so much left to learn!
