You can have the perfect workout plan and still feel like you’re spinning your wheels. A lot of times, the missing piece isn’t in the gym… it’s on your plate. Your body needs fuel to heal, build strength, and actually respond to the work you’re putting in. If you’re under-fueling, skipping meals, or not getting the right nutrients, progress slows down and recovery takes a hit.

That’s why we don’t just hand you exercises and send you on your way. Nutrition is part of the conversation here, even though it’s often left out in traditional PT—and it’s a big reason our clients see better, longer-lasting results. If you’re putting in the work but not seeing the payoff, let’s fix what’s missing. Book a call through the link in our bio and we’ll build a plan that supports your body from the inside out.

If you want one move that does a little bit of everything, this is it. Strength, balance, coordination… all in one rep. The Bulgarian split squat already challenges your legs and stability, but adding the curl to press brings your upper body and core into the mix. Now you’re not just getting stronger—you’re teaching your whole body to work together.

Take it slow, stay controlled, and don’t rush the transitions. If your balance is all over the place or one side feels way harder than the other, that’s valuable feedback your body is giving you. If you’re not sure how to clean this up or want a plan that actually ties it all together, we’ve got you. Book a call through the link in our bio and let’s build something that gets you stronger and moving with confidence.

You can follow the referral, do the exercises, and still feel like something’s missing. That’s usually because no one has taken the time to really understand how you move and what your body actually needs.

We don’t start with a diagnosis on paper. We start with you—how you train, how you move, and what you’re trying to get back to—so your plan actually fits your life and not just your symptoms.

That’s the difference between checking boxes and getting real results. When your care is this specific, you’re not just easing pain… you’re building strength, control, and confidence that carries into everything you do.

If you’re ready for a plan that’s built around you from day one, let’s make it happen. Book a call through the link in our bio and let’s get you moving better for good.

It’s easy to tell yourself you’ll deal with it later. Push through the workout, get through the week, hope it just goes away on its own. But that “later” has a way of sticking around longer than you want. What starts as a small annoyance slowly turns into something that limits what you can do.

That’s exactly why we asked this question. If you’re on the fence about taking care of your body, listen to someone who’s been there and came out on the other side stronger.

If you’re tired of pushing through and ready to actually fix the problem, we’re here for you. Book a call through the link in our bio and let’s get you back to moving the way you want to.

You’d think the move after a big competition is to get right back to training. Push harder, make up ground, stay sharp. But that’s usually where people go wrong.

After competing at the National Figure Skating Championships, the first thing Dr. Arlianne did when she got back wasn’t jump on the ice… she took a full week off. Not because she had to—but because she knows that’s how your body actually gets better.

Big efforts break your body down in the right way. Recovery is what builds it back stronger, more resilient, and ready for the next level. Skip that part, and you’re just stacking fatigue on top of fatigue.

If you’ve got big workouts, events, or competitions on your calendar, your recovery plan matters just as much as your training. Book a call through the link in our bio and we’ll help you build a plan that keeps you performing at your best.

Most people think kettlebell swings are all arms… and that’s exactly why they don’t get the results they should. This is a hip-driven movement, and when you get it right, everything starts to click.

Done well, swings build power through your hips, light up your glutes, and train your core to stabilize while you move. The double arm version helps you groove the pattern, and the single arm version adds that extra challenge with control and coordination.

Focus on snapping your hips forward, not lifting the bell with your arms. If you feel it in your low back or shoulders more than your glutes, it’s a sign your body is working around something.

If you want to make sure you’re doing this right and actually getting the benefit, we’ve got you. Book a call through the link in our bio and we’ll build a plan that gets you stronger, more powerful, and moving the way you should.

It’s wild how often people are told what’s “wrong” based on a scan… but no one really looks at how they actually move. And then they’re left trying to connect the dots on their own.

That’s not how we do things. We take a full hour, one-on-one, to break down your movement, your habits, and the activities you want to get back to so your plan actually fits your life.

Because when you understand the why behind your pain, everything changes. You’re not just following a generic program—you’re building strength, control, and confidence that carries over into real life.

If you’re ready for care that’s built around you instead of a piece of paper, let’s make it happen. Book a call through the link in our bio and let’s get you moving better for good.

Some people train for the gym. Others train for life… and then go out and do things like this.

Kathleen, one of our OG clients, just took on the BridgeClimb in Sydney while traveling through Australia. That kind of experience doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built through consistency, strength, and showing up week after week.

She’s a staple in our Functional Conditioning group with Coach Wes, putting in the work long before moments like this ever show up. That’s the difference when you train with purpose… your body is ready when life gives you something incredible to say yes to.

If you want to feel that kind of confidence in your body—whether it’s travel, adventure, or just everyday life—we’re here for it. Book a call through the link in our bio and let’s build a plan that gets you there.

Getting injured is one thing… but feeling like no one understands what you actually need to get back to is a whole different frustration. Especially when your activity isn’t just a hobby—it’s part of who you are.

That’s exactly where Amanda found herself after breaking her foot in dance class. She needed more than “just heal and take it easy”… she needed someone who understood performance, movement, and what it really takes to return to that level.

With the right plan, she didn’t just sit on the sidelines. She was able to gradually get back to dancing, maintain her strength, and return to almost 100% without losing the edge she worked so hard to build.

If you’ve been told to slow down but you know you’re meant to do more, we get it. Book a call through the link in our bio and let’s build a plan that meets you where you are and gets you back to what you love.

You can be doing all the right exercises and still feel like progress is slow. That’s usually when we start asking one simple question… how’s your sleep?

Sleep is where your body actually repairs, rebuilds, and adapts to the work you’re putting in. If you’re not getting enough of it—or the quality isn’t there—you’re basically hitting pause on your results.

This is one of the biggest pieces people miss because it’s rarely talked about in traditional PT. But for us, it’s part of the plan from day one because better sleep means faster recovery, less pain, and stronger outcomes.

If you’re putting in the effort but not seeing the results you want, let’s fix that. Book a call through the link in our bio and we’ll build a plan that supports your body both in and out of the clinic.

Strong hips change everything, but most people don’t realize how much they rely on them until something starts to hurt. Knees, back, even balance issues often trace back to weakness or poor control here.

This side plank with hip abduction hits exactly what most people are missing. You’re building core stability while firing up the glutes on the side—two things that protect your body and make every step, lift, and stride feel stronger.

You can start with the half version and build up to the full, but the key is control. Slow it down, stay steady, and focus on quality reps over just getting through it.

If this lights up areas you didn’t expect or feels harder than it should, that’s your body telling you something. Book a call through the link in our bio and we’ll build a plan that gets you stronger, more stable, and moving with confidence again.

A referral tells you where the pain is… but it doesn’t tell you why it showed up in the first place. That’s why so many people go through PT and still feel like something’s missing.

We take a different approach from day one. Instead of chasing a diagnosis or relying on an image, we look at how your whole body moves, what your goals are, and what your day-to-day actually demands.

That’s how you end up with a plan that’s built for you—not just your shoulder, knee, or back, but your sport, your workouts, and your life. And when everything lines up like that, progress starts to feel a lot more natural.

If you’re done with one-size-fits-all care and ready for something that actually fits, let’s talk. Book a call through the link in our bio and let’s get you moving forward.
