My overall mental state is telling me “phew we made it!” Not going to lie this was a very active week and I felt like that was the same for a lot of you following me. Do some of you feel the inner voice in your body say “I need a break!” Is it yelling or screaming at you today to rest this weekend. Today’s card is insipired by this inner voice and will help you interpret this loud entity…

Aloha and Happy Thursday Everyone!

Almost to the weekend as we are counting down the days to a time of relaxation and rest... or are we taking that time off from work to do that? I think that’s the better question for you right now. Let’s reflect on the beginning of our week. Was our energy invested into our personal well being, appreciation, gratitude, and our own happiness or was it invested in stress, anxiety, or worry for the worst outcome? In the waking hours we have available to us in the day, how much time was dedicated to you, not your work, your responsibilities, your relationships with others, but you and yourself only?

Hard questions to ask because it reveals some realities that we might be disappointed in or heavily blame ourselves for. Today’s card was given to me today with a message of “hard truths about love.”

You may have experienced a failure, or lost a battle that you has left you a little bit sore. Sometimes life isn’t just, and unfair circumstances or unexpected losses can drain our energy for much longer than they need to. Often, it’s the fear of failure alone that does most of the draining. If you have had an experience that has left you feeling out-witted or out-played, put things into perspective and remember that this one chapter of your story doesn’t define you. Wins and losses are a part of the human experience, and the keys to self-improvement spring open when we are faced with our own shortcomings. Boost your consciousness, upgrade your skills and build on this experience. Carefully consider where you place your trust and your confidence next time, and study the playing field to find your success. In shadow, we learn that winning isn’t everything. The obsessive desire to win can have us stopping at nothing to feel victorious, and in the long run we can risk everything we’ve built along the way. Today, I’m feeling a lot of chaos right now from the general population. Sometimes when doing my check in with the cards, I wanted to know what the overall energy that is coming to me. Whether that be love, self-esteem, whatever it may be I look for those certain cues. For some reason, I kept on hearing, “sort the chaos, find the truth.” Today’s card is based on this energy…

Hello everyone and thank you for your patience!

Yesterday I decided to take a rest and focus on my healthy for a little bit. I’ve really been focusing all my energy on healing and recovering that I completely forgot to pull for yesterday and I apologize for that! There’s so many moving parts going on in life right now and so many different things happening all at the same time that life is feeling a little overwhelming. Today’s message I incorporated myself as the listener of this message because I think I needed to hear this as well…

I’m not sure if anyone asked you today but, “How is your day going?” Maybe we haven’t checked in with ourselves today to see where we stand with our emotions.
