It is bittersweet that we announce that Jeff McCollum is retiring! We wish him well in his retirement but we will sure miss him.

It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement. Caring for you, my patients, has been the most rewarding part of my 20 year career with After Hours Pediatrics.

I have come to know many of my families and their children and consider it an honor that you entrusted them to my care the past 20 years.

I have full confidence that all of my colleagues will continue to provide you with excellent care. It has been a pleasure to practice for After Hours Pediatrics since its early inception and am proud to have been associated with a quality group of providers.

I plan to use this opportunity to care for, and spend time with, my elderly parent and my family. I also am looking forward to improving my golf game and honing my fishing skills.

Again it has been a gift and pleasure providing for your health care needs of the years.

Happy Labor Day Weekend!
Our Holly Ave will remain open Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 2-9 PM. However our other clinics will be closed on Monday. We're back open normal hours at Holly, Montgomery and Rio Rancho on Tuesday. Golf Course will reopen on Wednesday with fresh, new floors.

Exciting News!
We at AHP are excited to announce that we are making a behind-the-scenes change that'll make it easier than ever to receive appointment reminders, check-in for appointments, update your child's medical and contact information, keep insurance information accurate, and pay copays and balances online. We will be using an app called Phreesia to facilitate these changes, and we expect to go live in mid to late September.

Roll-out of these new changes will start with the introduction of the ability for you to check-in remotely using text messages or their app.

We are renovating!

Our Golf Course clinic will be closed for some much needed renovations from Friday August 29 through Tuesday September 2 so we can replace the floors.

During this time, our other clinics will remain open with normal business hours, except for Labor day. Only our Holly Avenue clinic will be open on labor day, Monday September 1st, from 2 PM to 9 PM.

Stay tuned for an exciting announcement next week about our updated check in and billing processes coming in September!

We will be renovating our parking lot at our Golf Course Clinic from July 28th through August 1st. The clinic will remain open with normal hours, but the parking lot will be a little bit messy and it might be a tiny bit noisy!

Rita-Marie will be working primarily at our Holly Ave and Rio Rancho clinics in the evenings while you’ll find Madyson at our Golf Course location. Madyson’s panel will be opening up soon for new patients if you’re looking for a primary.
