Stress and trauma don’t just live in your mind, they can show up in your body too through things like tight shoulders, shallow breathing, or a constant sense of tension.

Somatic therapy helps people notice those body signals and gently work through them. By paying attention to the connection between body and mind, it creates space for release and relief.
