Wow… A New Awakening (ANA) has not had to actively hire behavioral health clinicians in years — and honestly, we are proud of that. We are not a revolving door agency.
Due to some very well-earned retirements and organizational growth, we are now looking to add new clinicians to our team serving justice-involved and behavioral health populations in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
We are currently hiring:
• Behavioral Health Counselors
• LMSW, LSAA, LMHC, LPCC-A, LADAC or related clinicians
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling
• Health, dental, and retirement benefits available
ANA specializes in:
justice-involved behavioral health,
substance use treatment,
trauma-informed care,
reentry support,
diversion services,
and community behavioral health stabilization.
We are looking for clinicians who are:
compassionate,
grounded,
ethical,
trauma-informed,
and passionate about working with underserved populations.
Experience preferred in:
Motivational Interviewing
substance use disorders
trauma treatment
co-occurring disorders
group facilitation
and work with incarcerated or formerly incarcerated individuals.
