✨Exciting announcement!✨

2020 is going to be full of excitement! After six years of practicing integrated psychotherapy, my heart strings have been pulled in a new direction: soul coaching!

Since I was a child, I’ve been attuned to moving energy for the greater and higher good (couldn’t help it). Full transparency, as I got older I focused on perfecting my clinical therapy skills, playing ball, helping people heal, and creating success. It worked, for the most part. I’ve been with so many people on their healing journey, and what an honor it has been.

Whats been missing? I have not been able to show up wholly and fully to help people on an even deeper level. Now I understand that I just wasn’t ready yet, and it wasn’t my time.

Timing is everything, right?

Soul coaching isn’t just a business venture - it’s a personal and spiritual undertaking. It’s a true labor of love, and I’m so excited to have you along with me on my journey!✨✨

We all want a beautiful life, right? What would you do if you had no limitations and had total and complete belief in yourself? Would you show up for yourself in a more profound way? Where would this freedom lead you? ⁣
✨I’m learning more every day about my purpose, and my calling to help others. It’s a natural part of who I am, but for so long I’ve felt limited in my ability to fulfill my calling. My limitations were related to messages I received as a child or negative experiences that rocked me to my core. It left me with such limitations. ⁣
✨Gradually, I set out on an intentional path to find myself. I realized I was asking the powers that be to show me things I hadn’t seen, to allow me to feel things I’ve never felt, and to build a connection with myself that I never had. And when I asked, the doors started opening up. ⁣
⁣
✨Deepening the love you have for yourself is a journey, and sometimes that journey will require you to step out on faith, even when the evidence suggests your should be fearful.⁣
⁣
✨ Remember to take time just for yourself to do intentional self-healing work. Speaking kindly about who you are right now is important, especially considering all of the information we receive throughout our day. Come back home to yourself. Check in, cleanse, and speak light.⁣

Transmuting negative energy is not about having an intention to shift the atmosphere from negative to positive. It’s about understanding high and low frequencies, and embodying an atmosphere of connection to the human spirit, as well as everything that comes with it.

There’s no one who knows your journey and your path better than you do. Take a step back from self doubt for a moment in order to embrace the gorgeousness and richness that’s inside of you. Sit with that as long as you need until it resonates on a deeper level. Practice trusting the energy inside you that wants to grow and develop. Everything you’ve experienced has led you to who you are today, and you are worthy. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

I help my clients fight for their own mental clarity, and ultimately, their mental freedom. The truth is that many of us (myself included) have had to work really hard to clear the rubble within ourselves in order to break free and embrace our true joy. The small efforts sometimes seem like the hardest ones to notice. I too get into this mode of setting my sights on the end result while discounting incremental aspects of the journey. Half the battle is being present and mindful enough to notice small victories. I try to watch what I tell myself. I have to check myself and my self-talk to make sure I create a healthy dialogue.⁣⁣⁣⁣ let’s do this!
