The Genesis team recently traveled to Santa Fe to meet with state Representative Joseph Franklin Hernandez and advocate for increased funding to support behavioral health services in long-term care facilities across our state. As resident needs become more complex, access to strong behavioral health resources is more important than ever. Ensuring facilities have the funding and tools necessary to provide comprehensive, person-centered care strengthens outcomes for residents, supports caregivers, and enhances quality of life.
