There is some truth to the fact that as we get older, then our egg quality is not the same.
Our eggs don't hold up the same way as when we were 20 years old, but that's not just a matter of age. It's also a matter of what your eggs are being exposed to, because at 40 years old you've had a lot more time to develop chronic issues that could affect your egg quality.
Your eggs themselves may be just fine, but it depends on what environment they're exposed to. When you're 20, you haven't had enough time to develop chronic issues, for one thing, at 20 we can bounce back from things a lot easier. What is most important is how you're supporting your egg health, your body, and your cycle overall. I've helped women become more fertile at 40 years old than they were at 35 years old.

Um durch Endometriose verursachte Entzündungen und Schmerzen zu bekämpfen, ist es am besten, eine nährstoffreiche, ausgewogene Ernährung zu sich zu nehmen, die hauptsächlich auf Pflanzen basiert und reich an Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen ist. Fügen Sie diese zu Ihrer Ernährung hinzu:
✅Ballaststoffreiche Lebensmittel wie Obst, Gemüse, Hülsenfrüchte und Vollkornprodukte
✅Eisenreiche Lebensmittel wie dunkles Blattgemüse, Brokkoli, Bohnen, angereichertes Getreide, Nüsse und Samen
✅Lebensmittel, die reich an essentiellen Fettsäuren sind, wie Lachs, Sardinen, Hering, Forelle, Walnüsse, Chia und Leinsamen
✅Antioxidantienreiche Lebensmittel finden sich in buntem Obst und Gemüse wie Orangen, Beeren, dunkler Schokolade, Spinat und Rüben
