Want to live longer and feel better doing it?
Start tracking these 5 essential biomarkers to optimize your healthspan—not just your lifespan.
1. Fasting Insulin
This is one of the most important (yet overlooked) markers for metabolic health. Even if your blood sugar looks “normal,” elevated insulin can silently contribute to weight gain, inflammation, and fatigue.
2. HS-CRP (High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein)
This is a marker of systemic inflammation. Chronic inflammation accelerates aging and is linked to nearly every disease—from heart disease to Alzheimer’s.
3. Homocysteine
An elevated homocysteine level can indicate poor methylation and increased cardiovascular risk. It’s also tied to cognitive decline and mood disorders.
4. Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy Vitamin D)
Low levels are associated with lowered immunity, hormone imbalances, mood issues, and bone loss. Optimal levels = foundational for longevity.
5. HRV (Heart Rate Variability)
This is a window into your nervous system and recovery. Higher HRV generally means better stress resilience, cardiovascular health, and aging protection.
Longevity tip: You don’t need to guess what’s going on inside your body.
These markers give you real insight so you can optimize instead of decline.
