🔥 Too Hot to Handle? Stay Hydrated!

This summer is shaping up to be a real scorcher ☀️🔥 — but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the fun. Whether you're working outdoors, hitting the beach, or chasing after the kids in the park, hydration is everything.

A common side effect of too much sun and too little water?
👉 The dreaded dehydration headache. These headaches can show up in the front, back, or sides of your head — sometimes all over. Even small movements like bending down or turning your head can make the pain worse. In more intense cases, simply walking can be a struggle.

Very young children and older adults are especially vulnerable to dehydration, and symptoms can escalate quickly. Make sure they’re drinking water regularly and staying cool.

The good news? Most dehydration headaches can be relieved within just a few hours of drinking water. But don't overdo it!

✔️ Take slow, steady sips
✔️ Try sucking on ice cubes
✔️ Rest in a cool, shaded area

For more severe dehydration, you may need to lie down for several hours while rehydrating gradually.
