For over 30 years, New Mexico Orthopaedics (NMOA) has provided surgical and non-surgical treatment options to the citizens of this state. Many of our physicians are board-certified and fellowship trained and cover the gamut of orthopaedic subspecialties, including: sports medicine, total joint replacement, foot and ankle, hand and upper extremity, operative and non-operative spine, and general orthopaedics. We take pride in being one of the largest and most experienced orthopaedic clinics in the southwest.Our clinic consists of 30 of New Mexico's top orthopaedic physicians as well as a staff of over 200 employees, all medical and administrative specialists with a focus on customer service to provide you with the best patient experience possible.

We are proud to announce Dr. Jeffrey Racca as the new Chief Executive Officer of New Mexico Orthopaedic Associates!!

Dr. Racca has been a valued member of our clinic since 2006. He served as President of the Board of Directors for nine years and brings with him deep institutional knowledge and a strong vision for the future of our practice.

In addition to his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Racca holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth, providing a solid foundation in leadership, organizational strategy, and systems improvement.

Dr. Racca is uniquely positioned to lead NMO into this next chapter—focusing on operational excellence, innovation, and a continued commitment to patient-centered care. His long-standing relationships and dedication to our mission make him exceptionally well suited for this role.
