For over 30 years, New Mexico Orthopaedics (NMOA) has provided surgical and non-surgical treatment options to the citizens of this state. Many of our physicians are board-certified and fellowship trained and cover the gamut of orthopaedic subspecialties, including: sports medicine, total joint replacement, foot and ankle, hand and upper extremity, operative and non-operative spine, and general orthopaedics. We take pride in being one of the largest and most experienced orthopaedic clinics in the southwest.Our clinic consists of 30 of New Mexico's top orthopaedic physicians as well as a staff of over 200 employees, all medical and administrative specialists with a focus on customer service to provide you with the best patient experience possible.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Garcia to New Mexico Orthopaedics!

Dr. Garcia is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and supporting them throughout their journey to improved function and quality of life. Her care philosophy is rooted in collaboration—partnering with patients, listening to their goals, and empowering them to confidently choose the treatment path that best fits their needs and lifestyle.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Garcia enjoys staying active through strength training and running, as well as painting, traveling, reading, and hiking with her dog. She completed her undergraduate education at New Mexico State University, earned her medical degree from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center – El Paso, and fellowship training at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth. Dr. Garcia is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.

We’re thrilled to have Dr. Garcia join the NMO family and look forward to the compassionate, collaborative care she brings to our patients and community.
