Posture check you didn’t know you needed 👀

If you’re sitting at a desk all day, your ears should stack over your shoulders—not in front of them. That forward head position might feel normal, but it’s putting extra strain on your neck and shoulders (hello, tension + headaches).

Reset your posture:
✔ Sit tall
✔ Pull shoulders back and down
✔ Keep your screen at eye level

Small adjustments = big relief over time.
