Resist the urge to burden yourself with unrealistic resolutions to lose weight, eat healthier, or exercise more.

Wellness is a lifestyle built on small, daily intentions - Growth goals that may stretch you a bit, but aren't out of reach or unrealistic.

Reframe goals that pivot to the positive:
๐Ÿ’–I want to exercise more because I love my body - not hate it - and I want to feel and function better with more strength and mobility for healthy, active aging.
๐Ÿ’–I want to eat better - adding more whole grains, lean proteins, and vegetables for sustained energy, focus, and emotional well-being.
๐Ÿ’–I will have a plan, but be flexible, adjust, and adapt when necessary.
๐Ÿ’–I will view setbacks as opportunities (not failure) to learn, grow, and keep myself moving forward.
