I teach 1st-3rd grades as well as Kids and Family yoga classes at Little Earth School in Santa Fe, where I've taught since 1993. At Ananda Nandana (Joyful Child) Kids and Family Yoga, children and their families can experience the benefits of yoga in an atmosphere that is engaging and fun through thoughtfully structured age-appropriate classes. ening, a sense of calm, and increase self-confidence. I hold a 95-hour Yoga Alliance recognized Specialty Certification in Children's Yoga, a 50-Hour certification in Therapeutic Yoga for Children, as well as Toddler Yoga, each from Global Family Yoga TM
