Mi Vida Yoga Will be hosting 200 Hour Mystic Yoga School with Sacred Heart & SOAL it is a one of a kind multi certification yoga alliance certified class.

Thank you for your interest in Sacred Heart & S.O.A.L. Mystic Yoga School. Our unique program offers multi certifications. All students will receive;

200 RYT in hot and room temp through Yoga Alliance

CPR certification

Reiki level I certification

Learn about oils, herbs, & crystals

Sweat Lodge

and also select to certify in one of the following;

Chair Yoga

Hot Shakti Yoga

10% discount if paid in full by start date

Course will be March 31st-November 5th

Meeting on the following days and times;

Friday 6pm-9pm

Sat & Sun 8 a.m. - 4p.m. In this session we will be meeting one weekend per month. Join us for an informational Tea and Talk on February 19th at 2pm to find out more about our Yoga Alliance certified training and to get to discuss any questions you may have. Topics of study, schedule and payment plans will be discussed.

Your Journey Starts Here: 200hr Yoga Teacher Training!

Dreaming of deepening your yoga practice and sharing the gift of yoga with others? Our 200hr Yoga Alliance approved Teacher Training is more than just a certification - it is a transformational experience of growth, connection and self-discovery.

This program runs from April 2025 to November 2025, meeting just one weekend a month, making it accessible for everyone-whether you're balancing work, family, or other commitments. Over the course of these weekends, you'll gain comprehensive certifications in Hot Yoga and Room Temp Yoga with the option to specialize in Chair Yoga or Hot Shakti Yoga. You'll also receive a Reiki I certification, adding another layer of healing to your toolbox.

But this training isn't all about the certifications-it's a sacred journey. Together, we'll participate in a sacred temazcal, a practice of purification and renewal that will leave you grounded and inspired. And because we believe yoga is for everyone, we're proud to offer one FULL SCHOLARSHIP to ensure this life changing experience is accessible to all.
