Rock Steady Boxing is the only affiliation offering wellness classes for Parkinson's patients in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

It offers wellness classes 3 times a week with 4 classes starting @ 9 AM and ending @ 2:30 PM.

Fantastic day at the Parkinson's Moving Event 2024!!! RSB ABQ put on quite the demonstration between target boxing, heavy ball bounce, and the march/stack/squeeze station. Also, Coach Patrick received honorable mention for all of his dedicated efforts to RSB ABQ... congratulations Coach!!

Fighters at RSB ABQ took a break from their rigorous workouts to don their special shades (thnx to volunteers Judy and Johnny for supplying) and view the solar eclipse today!!!
Coach Camron snapped a pic of the eclipse through one of the lenses of the glasses with his cell phone!

Rock Steady Elves were hard at work transforming the gym into a holiday potluck/gift exchange party extravaganza!
Thank you fighters for making it such a success. Approximately $1000. was raised through support of the quilt raffle to help with the rental of tables and chairs for the party, some summertime cooling bills and some new equipment!! Thanks again to all!

Rock Steady Boxing Raffle - Dec 14th!!
Get your tickets quick!!

Raffle is for a 40" x 40" Christmas Poinsettia quilt made by Margaret Steinbach. Tickets are $5/each. Or 5 tickets for $20. Proceeds will help pay some utility bills and for the rentals for the boxers Christmas party.
Tickets can be purchased in person or by Venmo or paypal. On Venmo send money to Coach at Patrick Strosnider. If you need to send through PayPal you can send payment to Lois Warren @ Ry_maddy@yahoo.com and I will get the money over to Coach. The drawing is Dec 14th. Remeber in the comments to put for raffle tickets and add your phone number so we can notify you if you win.
