Too bad huge corporations like Humana and Aetna spend tons of money on TV ads that advertising hearing aid benefits which really aren't benefits at all. Offering card holders subpar hearing aids with no service or care helps no one, but does save these companies millions. “I'd been struggling to understand people on the phone and in person since I was in my early 20's, but it never occurred to me that I could have hearing loss. I'm now in my 40's and my hearing issues had begun to affect my relationships, my confidence, and my willingness to be around people, so I finally decided to get my hearing checked. Chrissy and the SoundChoice team welcomed me warmly, making me feel very comfortable right away. The hearing test itself was simple and straightforward, and Chrissy explained the results thoroughly, using language I could understand. As it turns out, I needed hearing aids. Chrissy loaned me a demonstration pair of hearing aids to wear while I waited for the hearing aids I ordered, and she taught me how to use them and navigate the app. She met with me again when my hearing aids arrived, and she answered all of the questions I had after wearing them for a week.
