Hello there residents of the retreat! Here are a few decorated patios and balconies to spark you're creativity! We are holding a patio/balcony decorating contest for October. Prizes are $50, $75, and $125 off your rent. We will start the judging at 5pm on October 30th until the evening hours so we can get the full effect! On the 31st, stop by the office to start your Trick O' Treater off with some candy! We also will be supplying every apartment with a Trick O' Treating notice. To let Trick O' Treaters know you are giving candy! To gain more spooky spectacular visitors, post The Retreats location on FB to let your friends and family know to stop by our beautifully haunted community! Ugh, Can someone take away all this gloom and doom? Either way May is mental health awareness month. Make sure to reach out to someone even if its just to wish them a good day. Remember, you never know the significance of a small action until the big impact is made.in someones life!

It's finally here.... FRIDAY!!! The weekend is looming. We hope everyone is having a great week and has a great weekend. Please don't forget that we are still showing homes tomorrow until about 350.
