Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice designed to support stress relief, nervous system reset, and better sleep. Postures are held for 3–5 minutes, gently targeting the hips, thighs, and lower back, with mindful attention to the neck and shoulders.
These longer holds allow the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the mind to settle—making Yin especially powerful for anxiety, overstimulation, and deep rest.
