Gentle Warm Yoga was founded and created by co-owner Bruce Sher to provide a therapeutic, warm, and mindful yoga experience. The class helps students move safely, increase mobility, build strength, and feel calm and balanced.
Taught in a warm room (85–90°F), this class is perfect for:
🌸 Beginners
💪 Anyone managing injuries or health challenges
🧘♀️ Older adults or anyone seeking a gentle, restorative practice
Props are used to support every posture — including chairs, blocks, straps, blankets, and tennis balls — making yoga safe, accessible, and effective for all levels.
Safety in movement is our top priority — the class encourages exploration and awareness rather than demands or commands.
💛 Come as you are — all levels welcome, and leave feeling grounded, strong, and restored.
