HeartLight Center is proud to announce the launch of a unique, new grief support program: The Grieving Brain Support Group and Book Club. I will be facilitating this group, and we’d love to have you join us for this virtual experience. Over five weeks in this closed, curriculum-based support group, we will navigate the complexities of grief while reading and discussing "The Grieving Brain" by Mary-Frances O'Connor. We'll explore different aspects of grief each week, from understanding the brain's role in processing grief to how we can cope with the emotional and cognitive impacts of grief.
