to increase rehabilitation rates from injuries, and to help ease clients through their life transitions whether it be healing crisis, aging processes, pregnancy, mental, emotional or physical issues, with love, compassion, and respect. Modalities used include Therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, craniosacral, core synchronism, cryotherapy, hot stones, Qi Gong, Reiki, reflexology, polarity, gentle stretching, breath work, and meditation, just to name a few. Each treatment is personally customized for the client, based on their comfort levels, needs, and goals for treatment, and all sessions are designed to leave the client feeling balanced, centered, and re-integrated on all levels.
