Looking for a space to take a step back, slow down, and be supported in what you do? These workshops are a chance to be with the parts of supervision that are complex, layered, and often overlooked. We will move through real scenarios, look at power and responsibility, and talk honestly about what this role asks of us.

Cultivating Ethical Supervision Practices (6 Ethics of Supervision CEUs)

A full-day workshop grounded in your experience as supervisee and supervisor. Many of us want to do better than what we had, or reflect the best we received. We will explore ethics, accountability, leadership, boundaries, and how to hold space with clarity and care.

Building Strong Foundations: Core Principles for Supervisors (3 Principles of Supervision CEUs)

A half day workshop focused on the core principles and the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM) of supervision. A space to clarify your role, meet supervisees (and yourself) where you are, and build structure that supports growth.
