It's a book about treatment-resistant chronic pain and how posture therapy combined with psilocybin can help people get out of this pain. He spent a year writing it and it is an easy and fascinating read. I know, because I helped proof it and provided feedback to include my experiences with Jon as he developed and refined this groundbreaking, effective treatment protocol.
