I have added EMDR to my toolbox of theraputic offerings. EMDR is an acronym for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and was originally developed to reduce or alleviate distress associated with traumatic memories. If you would like to learn more about EMDR visit EMDRIA.org or EMDR.com.
