Our TRX Class is a full body workout using suspension trainers and your own body weight to build strength, balance, and endurance.

Led by a Schroth certified physical therapist, every exercise includes postural cueing and thoughtful modifications based on individual needs. Curve patterns are considered, posture is coached, and form always comes first.

This is a higher level strength class that challenges your whole body while keeping movement intentional and safe.

You do not need a scoliosis diagnosis to join. All are welcome.
