Should you avoid sugar because of prostate cancer?
The answer is yes and no.

Too much refined sugar over time can hurt metabolic health.
But sugar does not directly feed prostate cancer.
Your brain, heart, muscles, and healthy cells all need sugar to function.

Even if you cut out sugar completely, your body will make it anyway.
The goal is balance, not fear.

The ivermectin debate wasn’t really about a drug.
It was about communication.

When people feel scared and don’t get clear answers, they look for information anywhere they can.
The same thing happens in prostate cancer.

Clear explanations build trust.
And trust helps patients make better decisions.

Because in prostate cancer, the most powerful treatment isn’t just medicine —
it’s understanding.

The Dodgers didn’t win every game this season but they never stopped showing up, trusting the process, and believing in their team.

Cancer care is the same way.
Progress happens one step, one treatment, one small victory at a time.

This week’s win reminded me that healing isn’t about perfection — it’s about persistence, teamwork, and celebrating every moment that moves you forward.

If you’re in the middle of treatment, remember: you’re not alone. You have a team behind you, and every small win counts. 💪💙

Just back from the ESMO Congress in Berlin and feeling inspired.
The pace of progress in cancer care is incredible, but what matters most is bringing those advances home.
That’s exactly what we’re doing here in New Mexico.

If you’re over 40—or love someone who is—this is worth your time.

Prioritizing your health. June is Men’s Health Month, a month that is dedicated to raising awareness about men’s health issues while encouraging health and well-being. Medical oncologis…

🌟 Early Detection Saves Lives 🌟

Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men, but with early detection, we can make a huge difference. At New Mexico Cancer Center, we emphasize the importance of PSA testing in diagnosing prostate cancer early.

In a recent interview, we discussed how PSA levels can guide timely action and improve outcomes for our patients. Our dedicated team uses cutting-edge tools and comprehensive approaches, including MRI-guided biopsies and advanced imaging, to ensure the best possible care.
