Meet our partner UTMB AIDS Education Training Center‼️
Dr. Philip Keiser initiated the AETC in Texas in the late 1990s. In 2008, he moved appointments to the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) and developed the SCAETC Local Partner Site at the University. 🙌
