“In a society that often turns away from aging and death, you lean in with open hearts.” A grieving son wrote those words about our caregivers. We did not write them. He did. After watching his father’s final chapter unfold inside one of our BeeHive Homes of New Mexico. That phrase — “lean in” — is the truest description of what our team does every day. When a resident is afraid, they lean in. When a family is breaking, they lean in. When the work is heavy and invisible and no one is watching, they lean in.
