The New Mexico Society for Respiratory Care (NMSRC), is an affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), and is a non-profit professional organization. New Mexico cardiopulmonary professionals established a leadership role in healthcare by becoming the third state in the nation to pass respiratory care legislation in the state of New Mexico. Our mission is to represent and support our members through public and legislative advocacy, educational opportunities, and to continuously strive for excellence in the cardiopulmonary profession. By these values, the NMSRC is committed to health, healing and disease prevention for patients in New Mexico and wherever our professional presence can make a difference.
