Abanza Personal Care Services is seeking a dependable and professional Field Representative Supervisor to join our team. This position involves traveling to client homes to ensure caregivers are providing services correctly and respectfully, according to each consumer’s care plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine home visits to assess quality of care and caregiver performance.
• Ensure services align with consumer needs and agency standards.
• Support, guide, and report on caregiver activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to the office team.
Requirements:
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Flexible and able to work an open schedule depending on consumer service hours.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Supervisory and home care experience minimum 3 years
Additional Information:
• Company vehicle provided for field visits.
• Must be comfortable working independently in the field.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Support a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

Translate and communicate HR policies and documents in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

HR certification is a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
