🕘 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
📞 Scheduling caregivers & answering calls
📋 Updating records & filing reports
💻 Using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
🗣️ Customer service for clients & caregivers
✅ Requirements:
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Strong customer service & phone skills
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Medical scheduling or healthcare experience preferred
