SHR implants micro chips in clients to control bodily functions and behavior in order to deem these patients medically incapable of providing for themselves and with controlling their behavior they’re able to keep them from sleeping when they want or make them sleep excessively making them appear irresponsible or manic so they can continue to receive housings that’s free of rents costs and if clients attempt to expose what the clinic is doing they can torture clients mentally and physically causing pain to their bodies, electric shocks, and sleep deprivation. This is all one big scare tactic to keep clients from telling people what they’re doing and to keep clients from leaving this program and if that doesnt work they will even resort to the slandering of clients names out in the community making it hard for clients to establish a place of residency outside of their housing/recovery program.

SHR is a prison disguised as a methadone clinic! SHR keeps micro chipped clients from establishing a living outside of the housing program. They will sabotage they’re success and keep harassing them too force them to act out of relapse so they can keep falsifying documents claiming that the clients are emotionally and mentally unstable and cannot provide for themselves and when clients try leaving the program they harass them even more and use these micro chips to shock patients with an electrical charge in order to deprive them of sleep and get them to act out in frustration and anger so they can be referred to a higher level of care instead of working towards discharge and reintegration back into the community.

Clients are being kicked out the housing program and this is all to cause stress so clients can act out and SHR can document that clients are emotionally disturbed or manic so they can continue to fabricate patterns of unhealthy/destructive behavior amongst clients that will eventually not only get clients approved for social security benefits but allow police and family to have them committed to recovery programs and mental institutions without their consent through the involuntary commitment act. This is becoming yet another revolving door but for recovery instead of jail. Working clients are being told not to work full time jobs because working full time for extended periods makes clients ineligible for Medicaid benefits and SHR not only relies on Medicaid benefits to keep their doors open but they need their clients to be on Medicaid because this is another contributing factor in proving their inability to provide for themselves. But SHR picks and chooses who they go above and beyond for. Some clients appear to get special treatment (Tanisha and Misty) while others are made to look like they are difiant, nonconformists, or disobedient to the programs policies snd procedures.

SHR has partnered with families and community members to take full advantage of people and manipulate the involuntary commitment act that allows community members to commit people they believe are a danger to themselves or others to recovery programs/mental institutions without their consent! SHR has targeted those that are experiencing homelessness and drug addiction and are forcing these individuals into treatment but make it appear as if they either went voluntarily or were a danger to themselves and had to be forced. They did this with the help of micro chip implants that allowed them to communicate wirelessly with these individuals making them appear schizophrenic.

Read this report explaining how all around the US plans to involuntarily place mentally ill homless into treatment is now being talked about nation wide!!! State of the heart is already doing it with their housing program!!! This is why clients are micro chipped, monitored everywhere they go, basically forced to get clean and sober and off the streets!!! People known as “gang stalkers” are believed to be a mental illness amongst physicians and families involved but here at SHR they arKOAT convicts that have given the privilege to work in a health care setting by obtaining a CCSS/CPSW certification. These ex cons are targeting homeless, drug addicted individuals and micro chipping them in order to monitor and communicate with them in order to make appear as if they “hear voices” and are extremely mentally ill. They also use this form of communication to make constant antagonizing comments to get clients to react in a way that is considered a danger to themselves or others and these clients only react in anger and frustration because they want it to stop. However, their claims of being micro chipping and communicated with wirelessly are easily dismissed as side effects of substance abuse. These ex cons have been carrying out this operation in secret and are able to fund this operation through embezzled funds from previous recovery/housing programs that have since been shut for “medicaid/social security fraud.” Look into their employment history and it will show the these same CPSW’s came from those programs and now work here at SHR.

Some of SHR’s clients are actually family and friends of staff posing as addicts and mentally ill individuals just to take advantage of the free rent the program offers. They claim to be or have been gang stalked just to gain the trust of other clients that are micro chipped to find out exactly what is being said to others about the staff and the program in reference to the micro chipped clients so they know how to respond and what to tell the micro chipped clients

State of the heart recovery once again is being accused of Medicaid fraud and has had the probation and parole department withdraw their contract with them and will no longer refer any of their clients to this program. State of the heart has also recently fired 15+ employees for breaching client confidentiality, fraternizing with clients and for becoming romantically involved with clients. SHR staff are also having their employment terminated due to Medicaid fraud. However ALL staff at SHR commit Medicaid fraud in one way or another so why only fire staff that have close relationships with clients or staff that go out of their way to help clients make progress? ALL clients have reported that ALL staff has billed for contact hours that are unaccounted for even allowing clients to sign into group at the top of the hour regardless of arrival times knowing clients are showing up almost 30mins past the hour. Also clients that have reported having been “gang stalked” or “micro chipped” are also being harassed once again and believe SHR is doing so in order to get a reaction out of clients that could be deemed a danger to themselves or those around them so they can refer them to their newly opened program providing a “higher level of care” to continue with the Medicaid fraud. Someone please go talk to SHR clients…specifically the ones that “hear voices” and you’ll be amazed at just how similar their testimonies are regarding what they hear and how it could be dismissed as mental illness at first but after close examination of what the “voices” tell clients and how SHR staff obtain information without having to be present you just might be able to realize clients are in fact being micro chipped prior to entering their program so it’s made to look like they came to the program with side effects directly related to schizophrenia.

Clients at SHR are being harassed and told “leave and go get hi!,” “because of what we put in your body, you won’t ever be able to feel the effects of drugs if you try getting hi, all you will feel is anxiety that we make you feel and you’ll never get “well” so you can kill yourselves! if you leave our program you will end up in and out of the mental hospital and that’s how we will keep you clean and off the street!” These clients are imprisoned in an electronically controlled prison that’s done with micro chips implanted in their bodies to control bodily functions and behavior that’s why you see many people up and down Central Avenue talking to themselves, soiling themselves and walking around pooped and peed on, walking around naked or with little clothes on, crying and/or yelling at the “voices in their head” because they too are victims of this cult and will eventually be forced into “recovery” so their medicaid funding can be drained by programs like SHR for falsely obtained services or be forced to apply for social security and forced to enlist another person as their “payee” because they will be deemed severely mentally ill and “unable to care for themselves.” It’s sick! Remove the micro chips and stop the harassment and there would be little to no sign of mental illness in these “patients.”
