Meet Mark, our Director of Facilities. He has been with The Grand for nearly two years, bringing with him an impressive 32 years of experience in casino management—a field where no two days are ever the same, much like the dynamic environment here at The Grand. Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Mark enjoys staying active through working out, playing golf and watching sports. He deeply values our community, especially the residents, and finds great satisfaction in imagining property renovations and then seeing those visions come to life. Mark’s leadership philosophy is inspired by the legendary UCLA coach John Wooden, who said, “Don’t confuse activity for achievement,” reminding him that simply showing up isn’t enough; true success comes from focused effort and meaningful results. His dedication and passion continue to make a positive impact on our beautiful and loving community every day.
