Here’s an average timeline:

✨ Preparation: 4–5 weeks to get everything set up
✨ Stimulation: ~2 weeks of monitoring as follicles grow
✨ Egg Retrieval: A quick 15–20 minute procedure under anesthesia
✨ Embryo Results: 1 week to see how many reach blastocyst
✨ Genetic Testing: 2–3 weeks for results
✨ Frozen Embryo Transfer: 1–2 months depending on your protocol

From start to a potential positive pregnancy test, IVF is typically at least 4 months—often longer than expected.
