This Valentine’s weekend we had the absolute joy of celebrating our sweet student Taiya for reaching an incredible milestone… 600 classes at our Maryville studio! 🧘‍♀️✨

Taiya, it has been such a gift to watch your dedication, your growth, and your commitment to showing up, not just for class, but for yourself. That kind of consistency is inspiring.

We say it all the time, but it’s worth repeating… it’s the people who walk through these doors, roll out their mats, breathe, move, laugh, and support one another that make The Yoga Mix feel like home. 💕

We love our little community so much and we love YOU, Taiya. Thank you for being such a beautiful part of this space.

Yoga Mix fam—out of an abundance of caution, we are adjusting our Monday morning schedule to allow temps to rise and give roads/parking lots time to thaw out.

🕦 11:30 AM – Gentle Yoga (moved from 10:30 AM)

Due to the challenging snow predictions last weekend, we had to postpone our Yoga on Wheels Workshop — and we know many of you were disappointed (we were too!).

Hey Yoga Mix family! Due to the ongoing winter weather + road conditions, we are tentatively shifting tomorrow morning’s class times to give conditions a little more time to improve — or to allow us time to cancel if it becomes necessary.

✅ Updated Tentative Schedule:
🔥 Hot Power — moved from 8:45 AM → 9:30 AM
🧘‍♀️ Gentle Yoga — moved from 10:30 AM → 11:00 AM

This adjustment gives us a better window for road conditions to clear and helps everyone travel a little more safely. 💛

With Tennessee weather being highly unpredictable (and this winter storm forecast changing daily), we want to give everyone a heads up that Saturday morning classes may have schedule adjustments depending on what the weather brings.

✅ Please check The Yoga Mix app before heading to the studio for the most accurate schedule updates.
⏰ We will always do our best to give everyone at least ONE HOUR notice of any Saturday morning schedule changes — mornings are the most challenging to predict, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this in real time.

✨ Workshop Update:
Our Yoga on Wheels Workshop with Jennifer Coffin has been rescheduled to Saturday, February 7.

🎶 Sound Bath Update:
At this time, we are holding off on making a final decision about this weekend’s Sound Bath due to the weather forecast. It’s almost full — and if you’ve already purchased tickets, please know that it is still ON for now.
🕊️ We will make a final decision no later than Sunday morning, and as always, we’ll use our best discretion with everyone’s safety as our top priority.
