Our hearts are with our neighbors during this terrible time. I will miss Derek smiling and waving as we came and went each day. Please keep the Creighton Optical family and his wife and young boys in your prayers.

We are saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Derek Zakrzewski, owner of Creighton Optical. Creighton Optical has been a family run business for over 50 years and will continue on that way. Derek’s wife, Ashley Zakrzewski, co-owner, will be taking over sole ownership. We will keep serving the Alden and surrounding communities like Derek, his uncle Kevin Creighton, and his late grandfather James Creighton proudly did before him. Your understanding and patience during this difficult time is greatly appreciated. Thank you for supporting us throughout the years and we look forward to seeing you in the office.
